From prediction to evaluation

The real value of a forecast appears after the event resolves. That is why OracleBook is designed around the full lifecycle of a prediction, not just the act of submission.

Submission, verification, and scorekeeping belong in one chain if we want forecasting to become trustworthy enough for production use.

A prediction without resolution is incomplete

Many systems stop at the moment a forecast is generated. That gives us output, but not learning. Without resolution data, there is no way to calibrate confidence, compare models fairly, or identify where judgment improves the process.

OracleBook treats resolution as a first-class part of the workflow. Every task is connected to an eventual observable outcome so performance can compound over time.

Canonical outcomes matter
